Diesen bald fünf Millionen Menschen, die sich neben ihren Jobs aufopferungsvoll um ihre Angehörigen kümmern und dabei beruflich und privat unter erheblichen körperlichen und psychischen Druck geraten, möchten wir helfen und haben dafür die »ich pflege« App entwickelt.

Als Product Owner (m/w/d) hast du das Ruder in der Hand und führst die »ich pflege« App auf ihrem Kurs zur besten App für pflegende Angehörige weltweit. Du bist ein hundertprozentiger Product-Enthusiast, du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und bist ein hervorragender Teamplayer? Du fährst gerne schnell, magst internationale Crews und du verlierst auch bei schwierigen Bedingungen nie das Ziel vor Augen?

  • Du bestimmst die Ziele, die Prioritäten und die Roadmap deiner App zur maximalen Wertsteigerung für die Nutzer und in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung.
  • Du arbeitest im Team mit unserem User Research, UI Design und Product Management zusammen, um User Journeys und Usability deines Produktes zu optimieren. 
  • Du spezifizierst Anforderungen und koordinierst und leitest die Sprint-Planning und -Review Sessions mit deinem internationalen Entwickler-Team.
  • Du zauberst deinem Team auch dann ein Lächeln auf die Lippen, wenn die Dinge mal nicht so laufen wie geplant. 
Dein Profil
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Rolle in einem wachstumsstarken Technologie-Unternehmen, vorzugsweise aus dem Gesundheits-Bereich.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von cross-funktionalen Teams im Bereich der Mobile-Entwicklung (Engineering, UI/UX Design, Product Management).
  • Erfahrung mit schnellen Tests, Funnel-Optimierungen und ein geschultes Auge für funktionierendes UI/ UX Design.
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen bei zugleich gutem Gespür für die Zielgruppe und einem ausgeprägten Geschäfts-Sinn.
  • Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen in strukturierte, klare und verständliche Anforderungen zu übersetzen.
  • „Drive“, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte „Can-Do“ Mentalität.
  • Englisch und Deutsch fließend

Your mission
In Germany, four out of five people who need care are cared for at home by their relatives. As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you will be at the steering wheel and lead the »ich pflege« app on its course to becoming the best app for family caregivers worldwide. You are a one hundred percent product enthusiast, you like to take responsibility and you are an excellent team player? You like to drive fast, you like international crews and you never lose sight of the goal even in difficult conditions?

  • You will determine the goals, priorities and the roadmap of your app to maximize the value for our users in close coordination with the management.
  • You work as part of a team with our user research, UI design and product management to optimize user journeys and usability of your product. 
  • You specify requirements and coordinate and lead sprint planning and review sessions with your international development team.
  • You also put a smile on your team's faces when things don't go as planned.
Your profile
  • At least two years of professional experience in a similar role in a high-growth technology company, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in mobile development (engineering, UI/UX design, product management).
  • Experience with rapid testing, funnel optimizations and a trained eye for UI/ UX design that works.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills while maintaining a good sense of target audience and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to translate complex issues into structured, clear and understandable requirements.
  • "Drive", excellent communication skills and a strong "hands-on" mentality.
  • Fluent in English and German.
